Your Order Cancellation Rights

.You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the service or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can  :   inform us of your decision by email: admin@tpseet.com

We will reimburse You no later than 3 days from the day on which We receive the returned sevices. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement

If the issue persists and you are unable to access or complete the course, you may be eligible for a refund

Non-Transferable: Refunds and order cancellations are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser

Administrative Fees: In certain cases, administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount if the cancellation or refund request is made after a specific period

Exceptions: Please note that certain courses or services ( recorded courses ) may be marked as non-refundable
